桑黃作為藥食兩用的菌類資源，具有多種治療作用和保健價(jià)值。現(xiàn)代研究表明，桑黃多糖是桑黃主要成分之一，具有免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗腫瘤、降血糖和抗氧化等多種藥理作用，并且人體的不良反應(yīng)比較少，在生物抗癌藥研發(fā)領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的關(guān)注。近年來(lái)，隨著真菌多糖的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)和提取工藝的進(jìn)步，桑黃多糖在精制與鑒定方面有了諸多新發(fā)現(xiàn)?？偨Y(jié)桑黃多糖的提取、分離、精制方法和藥理作用的研究進(jìn)展，以期為新藥研發(fā)提供理論依據(jù)。

Modern research shows that Phellinus polysaccharide (PP) is one of the main components of Phellinus, which has a variety of pharmacological effects such as immune regulation, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic and antioxidant, and has relatively small toxic side effects on the human body, and has received widespread attention in the field of biological anticancer drugs. In recent years, the progress of industrial production and extraction technology of fungal polysaccharides has led to many new discoveries in the field of purification and identification of PP. The research progress of extraction, purification, isolation and pharmacological effects of PP is summarized, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of new drugs.
