針對現(xiàn)階段的網(wǎng)絡(luò)毒理學(xué)研究，系統(tǒng)梳理了網(wǎng)絡(luò)毒理學(xué)在中藥安全性研究中的方法特點，實踐應(yīng)用及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)毒理學(xué)的研究方法與依托工具，對網(wǎng)絡(luò)毒理學(xué)在預(yù)測中藥不良結(jié)局、毒性機(jī)制分析、有害成分預(yù)判、多學(xué)科交叉運用、組學(xué)技術(shù)聯(lián)用等方面進(jìn)行分析歸納。重點關(guān)注當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)毒理學(xué)存在的不足與短板，并提出初步的解決策略與完善方案以供同仁參考、批評和借鑒，以期為促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)毒理學(xué)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展及中藥安全性評價的構(gòu)建提供參考。

In view of the current stage of network toxicology research, the characteristics, practical application and development status of network toxicology in the safety research of traditional Chinese medicine were systematically reviewed. The research methods and supporting tools of network toxicology were summarized. The network toxicology was used to predict the adverse outcomes of traditional Chinese medicine, toxicity mechanism analysis, harmful component prediction, multidisciplinary crossapplication, and omics technology. Focus on the shortcomings of current network toxicology and put forward preliminary solutions and improvement plans for colleagues to refer, criticize and learn. In order to provide reference for promoting the further development of network toxicology and the construction of safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.
