溫膽湯是經(jīng)典的祛痰名方，廣泛應(yīng)用于神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)、消化系統(tǒng)疾病。藥理研究顯示，溫膽湯及其類方（加味溫膽湯、黃連溫膽湯、柴白溫膽湯）具有抗炎、調(diào)節(jié)糖脂代謝、抗抑郁、抗氧化的作用，通過減輕細(xì)胞炎癥反應(yīng)、抑制游離脂肪酸的表達(dá)以及促進(jìn)超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的表達(dá)而治療眩暈。對溫膽湯及其類方治療眩暈的藥理及臨床研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述，以期為治療眩暈的新藥研發(fā)及臨床合理用藥提供依據(jù)。

Wendan Decoction is a classic expectorant formula widely used in diseases of the nervous system, circulatory system, endocrine system and digestive system. Modern studies have shown that Wendan Decoction and its analogs (Jiawei Wendan Decoction, Huanglian Wendan Decoction, Chaibai Wendan Decoction) have anti-inflammatory, glycolipid metabolism regulating, antidepressant and antioxidant effects, and can treat vertigo by decreasing cellular inflammation, inhibiting the expression of free fatty acids, and promoting the expression of superoxide dismutase (SOD). The pharmacological effects of Wendan Decoction and its analogous formulas and their applications in vertigo are reviewed, with a view to providing a basis for the development of new drugs for the treatment of vertigo and the rational use of drugs in the clinic.
