[摘要]
石斛屬 Dendrobium Sw. 中藥生物堿類成分結構新穎,藥理作用豐富多樣,特別是在抗腫瘤方面的表現(xiàn)尤為突出,多種石斛屬中藥生物堿已被證實對肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、結腸癌、宮頸癌等有顯著的抗腫瘤活性,顯示出新藥開發(fā)潛力。但目前對其抗腫瘤藥理作用及機制的系統(tǒng)分析仍然不足,使得在理解和應用石斛屬生物堿的過程中存在一定的盲點和局限性。梳理并深入探討石斛屬中藥生物堿成分對不同癌癥的藥理作用,對其常規(guī)的抗腫瘤作用機制如誘導腫瘤細胞凋亡、增強機體免疫功能、抑制腫瘤細胞的遷移、細胞周期調控進行解析,并揭示其可能的作用靶點,為其在抗腫瘤研究領域的深入探索和開發(fā)利用提供有力的參考和依據(jù)。

Alkaloids in traditional Chinese medicine of Dendrobium Sw. are novel in structure and have diverse pharmacological effects, especially in the field of anti-cancer. Many alkaloids from traditional Chinese medicine of Dendrobium Sw. have been shown to have significant anti-cancer activities against lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, and cervical cancer, indicating great potential for the development of new drugs. However, there is still insufficient systematic analysis of their anti-cancer pharmacological effects and mechanisms, which leads to blind spots and limitations in understanding and applying Alkaloids in traditional Chinese medicine of Dendrobium Sw. This review aims to clarify the pharmacological effects of alkaloids in traditional Chinese medicine of Dendrobium Sw. on different types of cancer, including inducing tumor cell apoptosis, enhancing immune function, inhibiting tumor cell migration, and regulating the cell cycle. It also explores possible target molecules, providing valuable references and evidence for further exploration and development of alkaloids in traditional Chinese medicine of Dendrobium Sw. in the field of anti-cancer research.
