目的 通過梳理和分析近5年中藥炮制領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展概況，為把握其研究趨勢提供參考。方法 收集中藥炮制領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)文獻，利用CiteSpace6.2 R7、VOSviewer1.6.15等軟件對本領(lǐng)域的作者合作圖譜、機構(gòu)合作關(guān)系、關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)、聚類突現(xiàn)等進行可視化分析，并結(jié)合專業(yè)知識解讀圖譜所包含的信息。結(jié)果 共納入1 743篇中文文獻，年均發(fā)文量為348篇。中藥炮制領(lǐng)域形成了以鐘凌云、于歡、楊明、龔千峰等為代表的研究團隊；而醫(yī)藥類院校是目前中藥炮制領(lǐng)域的研究主力。關(guān)鍵詞分析結(jié)果顯示中藥炮制成分及活性研究一直是近年的研究熱點，同時中藥鹽炙、蜜炙的入藥品種及藥理機制將是未來的研究方向。結(jié)論 利用知識圖譜直觀展示了中藥炮制的研究成果，進一步指出了目前研究的熱點領(lǐng)域，為其深入研究提供參考。

Objective This study provides a reference for grasping its research trends by combing and analyzing the development about processing of traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years. Methods Collecting the relevant literature in this field, and making use of CiteSpace6.2 R7, VOSviewer 1.6.15 to visualize the author's cooperation map, institutional cooperation relationship, keywords analysis, clustering emergence, and interpreting the information contained in the map with professional knowledge. Results A total of 1 743 literature were included, with an average annual publication of 348 articles. A series of research team had been formed in this field, represented by Zhong Lingyun, Yu Huan, Yang Ming, Gong Qianfeng, While traditional Chinese medicine colleges were currently the main force in the field of traditional Chinese medicine processing. The results of keyword analysis demonstrated the research on the ingredients and activities of traditional Chinese medicine processing had always been a hot topic in recent years. At the same time, the varieties and pharmacological mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine processed with salt and honey would be the future research direction. Conclusion This study visually displays the research results of traditional Chinese medicine processing by using uses the knowledge graph, which further points out the current hot research areas and provides a certain reference for its in-depth research.
