枸杞子是寧夏枸杞Lycium barbarum 的干燥成熟果實(shí)，是一種藥食同源的中藥材，藥用歷史悠久，具有保護(hù)肝腎功能、調(diào)節(jié)免疫、抗腫瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、降血糖等藥理作用，臨床應(yīng)用廣泛，有關(guān)其藥效、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)以及質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的活性指標(biāo)一直是研究熱點(diǎn)。然而，目前尚缺乏對(duì)于枸杞子古今功效、臨床應(yīng)用以及與現(xiàn)代藥理活性研究的關(guān)聯(lián)性分析。基于此，對(duì)本草古籍中有關(guān)枸杞子功效的記載、《中國藥典》2020版年中含有枸杞子的成方制劑功效主治進(jìn)行梳理歸納；同時(shí)對(duì)枸杞子現(xiàn)代藥理研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)，并基于CiteSpace進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)可視化分析，進(jìn)一步分析枸杞子古今應(yīng)用的主要功能主治及目前研究熱點(diǎn)。以期為進(jìn)一步闡明枸杞子功效活性和進(jìn)一步產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、臨床應(yīng)用及質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)和參考。

Lycium barbarum is a traditional Chinese medicine that can be used for both food and medicine. Its has a long history of medicinal use and a wide range of clinical applications. The activity indexes regarding its efficacy, product development, and quality evaluation have become research hotspots. However, there is a lack of analyses regarding the ancient, modern efficacy and treatment of L. barbarum, its clinical applications, and its relevance to modern pharmacological activity studies. Based on this, this paper summarizes the records regarding the efficacy of L. barbarum found in ancient materia medica texts, as well as the efficacy of prescription preparations containing L. barbarum in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia; At the same time, the progress of modern pharmacological research on L. barbarum was summarized, and a literature visualization analysis was conducted using CiteSpace to further analyze the main functions of L. barbarum as applied in both ancient and modern times, as well as the current research hotspots. This paper aims to provide a basis and reference for further elucidation of the efficacy and activity of L. barbarum, as well as for further product development, clinical application, and quality evaluation.
