惡性腫瘤是全球重大公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題，是導(dǎo)致人類死亡的主要原因之一，早期不易察覺(jué)，疾病發(fā)展迅速，治療常常耗費(fèi)大量的醫(yī)療資源。在臨床上，惡性腫瘤多用手術(shù)、放療以及化療治療，患者多伴隨出現(xiàn)惡心、嘔吐、頭暈乏力等一系列不適癥狀。作為中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)，中醫(yī)藥能夠顯著緩解腫瘤患者的不良反應(yīng)、延長(zhǎng)生存期，治療方式易被接受，因其安全有效、無(wú)不良反應(yīng)的巨大優(yōu)點(diǎn)已被廣泛應(yīng)用于惡性腫瘤的輔助及支持治療中，是一項(xiàng)綠色療法。消癌平是由蘿藦科牛奶菜屬植物通關(guān)藤制成的單方制劑，具有抗癌、止嘔、保肝、利尿及免疫調(diào)節(jié)等多種藥理功效，同時(shí)作為天然產(chǎn)物制劑，還具備多靶點(diǎn)、不良反應(yīng)小、不易產(chǎn)生耐受性的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在臨床上廣泛用于肝癌、肺癌、食道癌和胃癌等的治療及放化療和術(shù)前術(shù)后的輔助治療，常用劑型有注射液、口服液、片劑、滴丸及膠囊等，藥理機(jī)制包括直接靶向腫瘤細(xì)胞、調(diào)節(jié)腫瘤微環(huán)境，抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞增殖、遷移與侵襲，抑制血管生成等。對(duì)消癌平的抗腫瘤活性成分、藥理機(jī)制及臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)行總結(jié)，旨在為消癌平抗腫瘤的進(jìn)一步研究和臨床應(yīng)用提供思路。

Malignant tumors are a major global public health problem and one of the main causes of human death. Clinically, malignant tumors are mostly treated with surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, and patients often have a series of uncomfortable symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness and fatigue. Traditional Chinese medicine can significantly alleviate the adverse reactions of cancer patients and prolong the survival time, and the treatment method is easy to accept, because of its great advantages of safety, effectiveness and no toxic side effects, it has been widely used in the adjuvant and supportive treatment of malignant tumors, and is a green therapy. Xiaoaiping is a prescription made of the stem of Marsdeniae tenacissimae, which has a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti-cancer, antinausea, hepatoprotective, diuretic and immunomodulatory, and as a natural product preparation, it also has the advantages of multi-target, small toxicity and side effects, and is not easy to produce tolerance, and is widely used in the treatment of liver cancer, lung cancer, esophageal cancer and gastric cancer, as well as chemoradiotherapy and adjuvant therapy before and after surgery. Common dosage forms include injection, oral liquid, tablet, drop pill, and capsule. Pharmacological mechanisms include direct targeting of tumor cells, regulation of the tumor microenvironment, inhibition of tumor cell proliferation, migration and invasion, and inhibition of angiogenesis. This article summarizes the components, pharmacological mechanisms and clinical applications of Xiaoaiping, aiming to provide ideas for further research and clinical application of Xiaoaiping against tumors.
