腦膠質(zhì)瘤作為威脅人類健康的癌癥之一，是中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)最常見(jiàn)和最具有侵襲性的原發(fā)性惡性腫瘤。目前，現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)針對(duì)腦膠質(zhì)瘤患者主要以手術(shù)切除為主，并結(jié)合化療、靶向治療及免疫治療等延長(zhǎng)患者的生存時(shí)間，但由于術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率、致殘率和病死率高，以及化療藥物靶向不確切，長(zhǎng)期用藥易產(chǎn)生多藥耐藥等問(wèn)題，從而使腦膠質(zhì)瘤的治療難以取得理想療效。近年來(lái)，天然產(chǎn)物抗腦膠質(zhì)瘤為其治療的發(fā)展提供新的思路。研究表明，天然產(chǎn)物對(duì)多種惡性腫瘤具有化學(xué)學(xué)預(yù)防和抗腫瘤活性，其直接或間接（靶向MAPK/Erk1/2、PI3K/Akt/NF-κB和NF-κB等信號(hào)通路）調(diào)控腦膠質(zhì)瘤免疫細(xì)胞、抑制腫瘤血管生成、誘導(dǎo)氧化應(yīng)激、細(xì)胞凋亡、增殖與侵襲、細(xì)胞周期阻滯及逆轉(zhuǎn)細(xì)胞耐藥以發(fā)揮其抗腦膠質(zhì)瘤作用。從天然產(chǎn)物抗腦膠質(zhì)瘤發(fā)揮作用機(jī)制出發(fā)，總結(jié)其抗腫瘤作用的研究成果，以期為腦膠質(zhì)瘤治療提供新的研究思路，從而推動(dòng)中醫(yī)藥現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。

As one of the cancers threatening human health, brain glioma is the most common and aggressive primary malignant tumor of the central nervous system. At present, modern medicine mainly focuses on surgical resection for glioma patients, and combines chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy to prolong the survival time of patients. However, due to the high recurrence rate, disability rate and mortality rate after surgery, as well as the inaccurate targeting of chemotherapy drugs, long-term drug use is easy to produce multi-drug resistance and other issues, so that the treatment of glioma is difficult to achieve ideal efficacy. In recent years, natural products against glioma have provided new ideas for the development of its treatment. Studies have shown that natural products have chemical preventive and antitumor activities on a variety of malignant tumors. It directly or indirectly (targeting MAPK /Erk1/2, PI3K/Akt/NF-κB and NF-κB signaling pathways) regulates glioma immune cells, inhibits tumor angiogenesis, induces oxidative stress, cell apoptosis, proliferation and invasion, cell cycle arrest and reverses cell resistance to exert its anti-glioma effect. Based on the mechanism of anti-tumor effects of natural products on brain glioma, this paper summarizes the research results of anti-tumor effects of natural products in order to provide new research ideas for brain glial therapy and promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
