[摘要]
目的 利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6軟件對(duì)2005—2024年關(guān)于中藥治療腦卒中的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)及可視化分析,深入探討該領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀及未來趨勢(shì),為未來的基礎(chǔ)研究和臨床研究提供參考依據(jù)。方法 通過中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫(Wanfang)、維普生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)檢索中文文獻(xiàn),以及Web of Science(WOS)檢索英文文獻(xiàn),對(duì)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行作者、機(jī)構(gòu)及關(guān)鍵詞的深入分析。結(jié)果 共檢索到中文文獻(xiàn)1 312篇和英文文獻(xiàn)1 582篇,其中英文文獻(xiàn)發(fā)文量呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì),而中文文獻(xiàn)發(fā)文量則相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。作者合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析揭示了研究團(tuán)隊(duì)間的交流合作,但整體合作密度有待提高;機(jī)構(gòu)間存在廣泛的跨國(guó)與跨省合作,以國(guó)內(nèi)中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)及其附屬醫(yī)院為主要研究力量。關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)分析指出,利用分子對(duì)接和網(wǎng)絡(luò)藥理學(xué)手段研究中藥治療腦卒中已成為熱點(diǎn),控制氧化應(yīng)激成為治療腦卒中的重要方向,丹參、黃芪等中藥在治療中展現(xiàn)出顯著價(jià)值。結(jié)論 中藥治療腦卒中在臨床和基礎(chǔ)研究中已取得一定成果,但未來仍需加強(qiáng)跨領(lǐng)域合作與深入研究,以期進(jìn)一步挖掘其潛力并推動(dòng)該領(lǐng)域的持續(xù)發(fā)展。

[Abstract]
Objective To conduct bibliometric and visualization analysis of domestic and international literature on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment for stroke from 2005 to 2024 using CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software. To provide insights into the current research status and emerging trends in this field, serving as a reference for future basic and clinical research. Methods Literature search was conducted across Chinese databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (Wanfang), and China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), as well as Web of Science (WOS) for English literature. Authors, institutions, and keywords were analyzed in depth using the retrieved data. Results A total of 1 312 Chinese articles and 1 582 English articles were retrieved. The publication volume of English articles showed an upward trend, while that of Chinese articles remained relatively stable. The author collaboration network analysis revealed interactions and cooperation among research teams, though the overall cooperation density could be improved. Extensive transnational and interprovincial collaborations were observed, with domestic universities of traditional Chinese medicine and their affiliated hospitals serving as the main research forces. The keyword co-occurrence analysis indicated that utilizing molecular docking and network pharmacology to study TCM treatment for stroke has become a research hotspot, and controlling oxidative stress emerged as a crucial direction in stroke treatment. TCM such as Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Astragali Radix have demonstrated significant value in treatment. Conclusion TCM treatment for stroke has achieved certain accomplishments in both clinical and basic research. However, future endeavors should focus on strengthening cross-disciplinary collaboration and in-depth research to further tap into its potential and propel sustainable development in this field.
