[摘要]
目的 探討依那普利聯(lián)合硝苯地平緩釋片治療原發(fā)性高血壓的療效及對血清氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)的影響。方法 以2014年3月—2017年5月延安市人民醫(yī)院診治的78例原發(fā)性高血壓患者為研究對象。根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組各39例。所有患者入組后給予高血壓綜合治療,對照組患者口服硝苯地平緩釋片,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上口服依那普利片。分析對比兩組的治療總有效率和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率,治療前后的血壓和氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)水平及氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)水平與收縮壓(SBP)水平之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 治療后兩組的SBP和舒張壓(DBP)均低于治療前,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療后觀察組的SBP和DBP均低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。觀察組的總有效率(94.87%)高于對照組(76.92%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后兩組的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于且丙二醛(MDA)和晚期蛋白氧化產(chǎn)物(AOPP)低于治療前,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療后觀察組的SOD高于且MDA和AOPP低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。SOD水平與SBP水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)且MDA和AOPP水平與SBP水平均呈正相關(guān)(P<0.05)。兩組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為12.82%和15.38%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 依那普利聯(lián)合硝苯地平緩釋片治療原發(fā)性高血壓療效確切,較安全,并可改善氧化應(yīng)激狀態(tài)。

[Abstract]
Objective To discuss the curative effect of nifedipine slow release tablets combined with enalaprilat in treatment withprimary hypertension and its effect on serum oxidative stress index.Methods A total of 78 primary hypertension patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2017 were studied and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. All patients were treated with hypertensive therapy, and control group was treated with oral nifedipine slow release tablets. On that basis, observation group was given oral enalaprilat. The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions, blood pressure, oxidative stress index and the relationship between SBP and oxidative stress index of two groups were analyzed.Results Both SBP and DBP level of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and SBP and DBP level of observation group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group (94.87%) was higher than that of control group (76.92%) (P<0.05). After treatment, SOD level of two groups was higher and MDA and AOPP levels were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), SOD level of observation group was higher and MDA and AOPP levels were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). SOD level was negatively correlated with SBP level and MDA and AOPP levels were positively correlated with SBP level (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of both groups was 12.82% and 15.38%, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The curative effect of nifedipine slow release tablets combined with enalaprilat in treatment with primary hypertensionis effective, safe and can improve the state of oxidative stress.
