乳腺癌是女性發(fā)病率最高的惡性腫瘤之一?;瘜W(xué)治療是乳腺癌臨床治療的主要手段之一,然而乳腺癌細(xì)胞對(duì)化療藥物產(chǎn)生的MDR成為乳腺癌治療的瓶頸。miRNA是一種存在于真核生物中的內(nèi)源性非編碼短鏈RNA,廣泛參與到增殖、凋亡等多種生理過(guò)程。近年來(lái),有關(guān)miRNA在乳腺癌MDR中的作用及機(jī)制研究取得了諸多進(jìn)展,因此就miRNA調(diào)控乳腺癌MDR分子機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。

[Abstract]
Breast cancer is one of the highest incidence of malignant tumors in women. Chemotherapy is one of the major methods for the clinical treatment of breast cancer. However, the MDR of breast cancer cells to chemotherapy drugs has become a bottleneck in the treatment of breast cancer. miRNAs are short endogenous noncoding RNAs exist in eukaryotes and widely involved in various physiological processes such as proliferation and apoptosis. In recent years, many advances have been made in studies on the effects and mechanisms of miRNA in breast cancer MDR. This article reviews the research progress of miRNA regulation mechanisms on breast cancer MDR.
