類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎（RA）是一種常見(jiàn)的慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病，其病情錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜，發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未完全明確，目前普遍認(rèn)為個(gè)體遺傳易感性、環(huán)境因素和失調(diào)的免疫反應(yīng)與RA發(fā)病有關(guān)。主要就RA的發(fā)并機(jī)制及其治療藥物研發(fā)進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA)is a common chronic systemic autoimmune disease with complicated condition. The mechanism of RA is unclear, which is generally regarded as to be related to genetic factors, environmental factors and disorders of immune reactions.In this article, we briefly review the pathogenesis of RA and the RA therepeutic drugs.
