目的 系統(tǒng)評價(jià)小兒豉翹清熱顆粒治療皰疹性咽峽炎的療效和安全性，為篩選有效的口服藥品提供依據(jù)。方法 檢索中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（CNKI）、維普中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（VIP）、萬方醫(yī)學(xué)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫（CBM）、Pubmed、EmBase、Cochrane library等（數(shù)據(jù)庫均為建庫至2018年1月）關(guān)于小兒豉翹清熱顆粒治療皰疹性咽峽炎隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)（RCT），篩選對照組為利巴韋林的文獻(xiàn)，采用Cochrane風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏倚評估工具評價(jià)納入研究的質(zhì)量，使用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件Revman 5.3進(jìn)行Meta-分析。結(jié)果 共納入11項(xiàng)RCT，共計(jì)1 384例。Meta-分析結(jié)果顯示：小兒豉翹清熱顆粒的總有效率明顯高于利巴韋林對照組［OR=3.92，95% CI（2.72，5.67），P<0.000 01］，并在體溫恢復(fù)正常［MD=-1.21，95% CI（-1.27，-1.15），P<0.000 01）］、皰疹愈合［MD=-2.73，95% CI（-2.91，-2.55），P<0.000 01］、流涎停止［MD=-1.05，95% CI（-1.13，-0.98），P<0.000 01］、血常規(guī)恢復(fù)正常［MD=-2.23，95% CI（-2.47，-2.00），P<0.00001］等方面，均優(yōu)于利巴韋林對照組，且差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義［OR=0.85，95% CI（0.39，1.87），P=0.69］。結(jié)論 小兒豉翹清熱顆粒治療皰疹性咽峽炎在改善癥狀方面優(yōu)于利巴韋林，但由于納入文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量普遍偏低，尚需更多嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)呐R床RCT論證此結(jié)論。

Objective To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules versus Ribavirin in the treatment of herpangina in children, and provide evidence for screening effective oral drugs. Methods CNKI, VIP Database, WanFang Database, CBM, PubMed, EmBase, and Cochrane library were retrieved online to collect randomized controlled trials about Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules in the treatment of herpangina in children with Ribavirin as the control from their inception to January, 2018. The Cochrane risk bias assessment tool was used to evaluate the quality of the study, and the Meta-analysis was carried out with the statistical software Revman 5.3. Results There were totally 1 348 patients involved in 11 RCTs. Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate[OR=3.92, 95% CI (2.72, 5.67), P<0.000 01], fever clearance time[MD=-1.21, 95% CI (-1.27, -1.15), P<0.000 01], herpes regression time[MD=-2.73,95% CI (-2.91, -2.55), P<0.000 01], salivation disappearance time[MD=-1.05, 95% CI (-1.13, -0.98), P<0.000 01], and blood routine returning to normal[MD=-2.23, 95% CI (-2.47,-2.00)], P<0.000 01] of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules were significantly better than Ribavirin. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions[OR=0.85, 95% CI (0.39, 1.87), P=0.69]. Conclusions Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules are better than Ribavirin in the treatment of herpangina in Children and have low incidence of adverse reactions. However, the quality of literature included is generally low, so more rigorous randomized controlled trials are needed to demonstrate this conclusion
