目的 探討甲磺酸倍他司汀聯(lián)合鹽酸氟桂利嗪治療耳鳴的效果及安全性。方法 選取2016年1月-2017年12月西寧市第一人民醫(yī)院收治的耳鳴患者178例，按照治療方法的不同分為對照組、觀察組，每組89例。對照組給予鹽酸氟桂利嗪進行治療，5 mg/次，1次/d，療程2周。觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合甲磺酸倍他司汀進行治療，12 mg/次，3次/d，療程2周。比較兩組的臨床療效、治療前后耳鳴程度、聽力水平及治療期間不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 觀察組臨床療效的總有效率（87.64%）顯著高于對照組（42.70%），差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療前兩組患者的耳鳴評分差異不顯著，治療后兩組患者的耳鳴評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組顯著低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療前兩組患者的聽力水平差異不顯著；治療后兩組患者的聽力均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組顯著低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率差異不顯著。結(jié)論 甲磺酸倍他司汀聯(lián)合鹽酸氟桂利嗪治療耳鳴的效果優(yōu)于單純使用鹽酸氟桂利嗪，安全可靠，值得臨床應(yīng)用與推廣。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of flunarizine hydrochloride combined with betahistine mesylate in the treatment of tinnitus.Methods Selected 178 tinnitus patients in our hospital from January 2016 and December 2017. All patients were divided into control group and observation group, 89 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride, and the observation group was treated with Betahistine mesylate. The clinical efficacy, degree of tinnitus, hearing level before and after treatment, and occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group (87.64%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (42.70%) (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in tinnitus score between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the tinnitus scores of both groups were significantly lower (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in hearing between the two groups before treatment. After the treatment, the hearing loss of both groups was significantly lower (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion s Flunarizine hydrochloride combined with betahistine mesylate is superior to flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of tinnitus. It is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
