[摘要]
藥物腎毒性已成為醫(yī)藥界廣泛關(guān)注的問題,而生物標(biāo)志物在早期診斷及干預(yù)過程中尤為重要。主要闡述腎小球損傷標(biāo)志物(β2-MG、CysC)、腎小管損傷標(biāo)志物(clusterin、KIM-1、TFF-3、albumin)和其他生物標(biāo)志物(NGAL、LFABP、IL-18、OPN、microRNA等)對(duì)腎毒性早期診斷的意義及其優(yōu)劣勢(shì),為藥物腎毒性評(píng)價(jià)提供新思路。

Drug nephrotoxicity has become a widespread concern in the medical community, and biomarkers are particularly important in the process of early diagnosis and intervention. This review expounds mainly the significance of glomerular markers(β2 microglobulin and cystatin C), tubular markers(clusterin, kidney injury molecule 1, trefoil factor-3, albumin) and other biomarkers (neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin, liver fatty acid binding protein, interleukin-18, osteopontin, microRNAs, etc.) in early diagnosis of nephrotoxicity, as well as their advantages and disadvantages, which provide new thoughts for evaluating the nephrotoxicity of drugs.
