目的 研究冠心病患者治療中阿托伐他汀聯(lián)合曲美他嗪對(duì)心絞痛改善情況和血脂水平的影響。方法 選取2015年11月-2017年12月就診的149例冠心病患者作為研究對(duì)象，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組（n=71）和觀察組（n=78）。對(duì)照組患者口服曲美他嗪20 mg、3次/d，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服阿托伐他汀20 mg、1次/d，8 d為1個(gè)療程。對(duì)比兩組患者平板運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)、丙二醛（MDA）和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平、血脂水平和臨床療效。結(jié)果 治療后研究組的誘發(fā)心絞痛發(fā)作時(shí)間和運(yùn)動(dòng)持續(xù)時(shí)間明顯高于對(duì)照組，心電圖ST段下移1 mm時(shí)間明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）；兩組治療后ST段下移1 mm時(shí)間、誘發(fā)心絞痛發(fā)作時(shí)間和運(yùn)動(dòng)持續(xù)時(shí)間等平板運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目均明顯高于同組治療前（P<0.05）。兩組治療后MDA和SOD水平與各自治療前對(duì)比均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P<0.05）；治療后觀察組患者M(jìn)DA水平明顯低于對(duì)照組，SOD水平明顯高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。兩組治療后血脂水平與同組治療前比較均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異，且觀察組患者血脂水平明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。對(duì)照組患者總有效率為67.61%，觀察組患者總有效率為93.59%，兩組比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 在冠心病治療中，阿托伐他汀聯(lián)合曲美他嗪可明顯抑制氧化應(yīng)激損傷，改善心電圖平板試驗(yàn)、改善血脂代謝，提高療效，值得臨床推廣。

Objective To research the influence of angina improvement and lipid levels of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods A total of 149 CHD patients from November 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups called control group (71 patients) and research group (78 patients),the control group was treated by trimetazidine,20 mg tid,while the research group were treated by trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin,the therapeutic method was 20 mg trimetazidine tid,combined with 20 mg atorvastatin qd.Compared with the plate motion test,MDA,SOD,lipid levels,and clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The trigger angina attack time and duration of movement after treatment of research group were much higher than control group,time of ST segment reduction 1 mm of research group after treatment was much lower than control group,and had statistical difference (P< 0.05);Moreover,the plate motion test indexes such as time of ST segment reduction 1 mm,trigger angina attack time and duration of movement of two groups were all much higher than before treatment respectively,and had statistical difference (P< 0.05).The MOD level of research group after treatment was much lower than control group,SOD level was much higher than control group,and had statistical difference (P< 0.05);Moreover,the MDA and SOD levels of two groups after treatment had statistical difference with before treatment respectively (P< 0.05).The lipid levels such as LDL,HDL-C,TG,TC of research group after treatment were much lower than control group,and had statistical difference (P< 0.05);Moreover,the LDL,HDL-C,TG,and TC of two groups after treatment had statistical difference with before treatment respectively (P< 0.05).The total effective rate of control group was 67.61%,total effective rate of research group was 93.59%,the total effective rate of two groups had statistical difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of CHD,trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin could significantly inhibit oxidative stress injury,improve the electrocadiogram tablet test,improve blood lipid metabolism,and improve the therapeutic effect of CHD,which is worthy of promotion.
