目的 研究貞芪扶正顆粒與順鉑和多西他賽化療方案聯(lián)用治療宮頸癌的效果。方法 選擇2015年1月-2017年12月漯河市郾城區(qū)中醫(yī)院收治的61例宮頸癌患者，隨機(jī)分為兩組。對(duì)照組采用順鉑聯(lián)合多西他賽化療方案，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)用貞芪扶正顆粒治療。1個(gè)治療周期為21 d，共治療5個(gè)周期。比較兩組的T細(xì)胞亞群指標(biāo)變化情況、生存質(zhì)量評(píng)分和毒副作用發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 觀察組的有效率（76.67%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（53.84%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。對(duì)照組治療前后的自然殺傷細(xì)胞（NK）、CD4⁺、CD3⁺及CD8⁺相比無(wú)明顯差異；觀察組治療后的T細(xì)胞亞群指標(biāo)均明顯優(yōu)于治療前和對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組治療后的生存質(zhì)量卡氏（KPS）評(píng)分值均明顯升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組的KPS評(píng)分值明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組血小板降低、貧血、白細(xì)胞下降的發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05），兩組的胃腸道反應(yīng)、肝功能損傷、口腔炎以及腎功能損傷發(fā)生率相比無(wú)明顯差異。結(jié)論 在順鉑聯(lián)合多西他賽化療方案的基礎(chǔ)上，聯(lián)用貞芪扶正顆粒可以提高宮頸癌的治療效果，增強(qiáng)患者的免疫功能，減少毒副作用的發(fā)生，提高生存質(zhì)量。

Objective To study the effect of cisplatin and docetaxel chemotherapy combined with Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule on cervical cancer.Methods Selected 61 cases of patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017,divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with cisplatin plus docetaxel chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Zhenqi Fuzheng granule.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group (P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in NK,CD4⁺,CD3⁺and CD8⁺before and after treatment in the control group.The T cell subgroups of the observation group were significantly better than those before and in the control group (P< 0.05).The KPS scores of the two groups were significantly higher after treatment (P< 0.05),and the KPS score of the observation group was higher (P< 0.05).The incidence of thrombocytopenia,anemia and leukocyte decline in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction,liver function injury,stomatitis and renal function injury in the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of cisplatin combined with docetaxel chemotherapy,combined use of Zhenqi Fuzheng granule can improve the therapeutic effect of cervical cancer,enhance the immune function of the patients,reduce the occurrence of toxic effects and improve the quality of life.
