18色譜柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm),以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液為流動(dòng)相梯度洗脫,體積流量為0.3 mL/min;采用ESI源在正、負(fù)離子模式下分別采集數(shù)據(jù)。根據(jù)化合物精確相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量及二級(jí)碎片離子信息,結(jié)合參考文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù),鑒定渴絡(luò)欣膠囊的主要化學(xué)成分。結(jié)果 從渴絡(luò)欣膠囊中分離和鑒定出54個(gè)化學(xué)成分,包括蒽醌類化合物10個(gè)、黃酮類化合物10個(gè)、萜類化合物7個(gè)、酚類化合物16個(gè)等。結(jié)論 首次采用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS聯(lián)用技術(shù)研究渴絡(luò)欣膠囊中化學(xué)成分,進(jìn)一步明確了其物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。;Objective The study aims to qualitatively analyze the chemical composition of Ke-Luo-Xin Capsules extract by using UPLC-Q-TOF-MS.Methods The analysis was performed on Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm) column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.1% formic acid-water was used as gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 35.The mass spectrometry was acquired in both positive and negative ion modes using ESI.The components were identified by the precise mass-to-charge ratio,secondary fragmentation and other information combined with reference substance and literature data.Results 54 compounds were identified,including 16 phenols,10 flavonoids and their glycosides,7 terpenoids,10 anthraquinones and so on.Conclusion The results provide reference for the study of active constituents and quality control research for Ke-Luo-Xin capsules and lay the foundation for elucidating the active components mechanism."/>
