目的 探討復(fù)方丹參注射液輔助甲氨蝶呤治療宮外孕的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年3月-2017年3月在平煤神馬醫(yī)療集團(tuán)總醫(yī)院診治的宮外孕患者61例，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為兩組，對(duì)照組（30例）采用超聲引導(dǎo)下甲氨蝶呤介入治療，觀察組（31例）在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予復(fù)方丹參注射液。比較兩組患者的臨床療效、臨床癥狀恢復(fù)時(shí)間、激素水平及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 觀察組總有效率為93.55%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的73.33%（P<0.05）；觀察組患者的腹痛消失時(shí)間、1周后包塊大小、人絨毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間和陰道出血消失時(shí)間均顯著小于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。兩組患者治療后雌激素（E₂）、孕酮（P）和睪酮（T）水平均顯著下降（P<0.05），但組間比較均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。兩組總不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異，均經(jīng)對(duì)癥處理后好轉(zhuǎn)。結(jié)論 復(fù)方丹參注射液輔助甲氨蝶呤介入治療宮外孕臨床效果顯著，可快速解除臨床癥狀，提高治療有效率，且不影響患者的激素水平，不增加不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率，值得臨床借鑒。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Fufang Danshen Injection in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate.Methods 61 cases of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected,and were divided into two groups.The control group (30 cases) was interventional treatment with methotrexate guided by ultrasound,and the observation group (31 cases) was given Fufang Danshen Injection on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,recovery time of clinical symptoms,hormone level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).In the observation group,the time of abdominal pain disappearance,the mass size after 1 week,the time of the normal recovery of β-HCG and the time of vaginal bleeding disappearance were all lower than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E₂,P and T were significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.The total incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference between the two groups,and all of them were improved by symptomatic treatment.Conclusion The clinical effect of Fufang Danshen Injection and interventional treatment of ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate is remarkable,which can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment efficiency without affecting the hormone level of the patients and without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical reference.
