[摘要]
雙氫青蒿素作為青蒿素的重要衍生物,是我國(guó)自行研制出的抗瘧新藥。近些年來(lái),人們對(duì)雙氫青蒿素進(jìn)行了多方面的研究,在抗腫瘤研究方面有許多新進(jìn)展,發(fā)現(xiàn)其誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡的機(jī)制與多條信號(hào)通路有關(guān),例如PI3K/Akt、MAPK、STAT3、Wnt/β-catenin、NF-κB等信號(hào)通路。通過(guò)對(duì)作用機(jī)制的深入研究和闡述有望發(fā)現(xiàn)雙氫青蒿素的新適應(yīng)癥,使其在臨床上的應(yīng)用更加廣泛。

[Abstract]
Dihydroartemisinin is not only an important derivative of artemisinin but also a new antimalarial drug developed by China.In recent years,more and more studies had been conducted on dihydroartemisinin,especially on the research of anti-tumor effects and mechanism,which were deeply related to tumor cell apoptosis signal pathways,involving PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway,STAT3 signaling pathway,Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway and so on.The more studies and clarification of dihydroartemisinin on anti-tumor mechanism,the more indications are going to be found,making it more widely used in clinic.
