[摘要]
目的 建立鎖陽種子質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)體系并制定鎖陽種子質(zhì)量分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法 應(yīng)用體視顯微鏡、電子天平和離體胚培養(yǎng)法,對(duì)鎖陽種子形態(tài)、千粒質(zhì)量、胚率和生活力等進(jìn)行測(cè)定,應(yīng)用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)方法分析出劃分種子等級(jí)的主要指標(biāo)和參考指標(biāo),運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差法制定鎖陽種子質(zhì)量分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)果 種子長(zhǎng)1.03~1.63 mm,寬為0.69~1.23 mm;種仁長(zhǎng)0.61~1.05 mm,寬0.50~0.90 mm;種子形態(tài)指標(biāo)之間極顯著相關(guān)(P<0.01),形態(tài)指標(biāo)與千粒質(zhì)量之間顯著相關(guān)(P<0.05),而與生活力和胚率相關(guān)性不顯著(P>0.05),千粒質(zhì)量與生活力和胚率不相關(guān)(P>0.05),但生活力和胚率極顯著相關(guān)(P<0.01);生活力是鎖陽種子質(zhì)量分級(jí)的主要指標(biāo),凈度、千粒質(zhì)量和水分是種子質(zhì)量分級(jí)的參考指標(biāo)。結(jié)論 1級(jí)種子生活力不低于98%,凈度不低于93%,千粒質(zhì)量不低于0.8 g,含水量不高于8%;2級(jí)種子生活力95%~98%,凈度不低于86%,千粒質(zhì)量不低于0.7g,含水量不高于8%;3級(jí)種子生活力90%~95%,凈度不低于80%,千粒質(zhì)量不低于0.5 g,含水量不高于8%;達(dá)不到3級(jí)種子標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的為不合格種子。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish the system of the quality evaluation technology for the seeds of Cynomorium songaricum and to draw up the quality grading standard for the seeds of C. songaricum. Methods A stereomicroscope, electronic balance, and the method of in vitro embryo culture were used to measure the morphology, grain, and embryo rate and viability for the seeds of C. songaricum. The method of mathematical statistics were adopted to analyze the main index and reference index of dividing grades of seed; The method of standard deviation was applied in developing the seed quality grading standard. Results Seeds were 1.03—1.63 mm long and 0.69—1.23 mm wide, kernel was about 0.61—1.05 mm long and 0.50—0.50 mm wide. There was a significant correlation among seed morphological indexes (P < 0.01), and there was also a significant correlation between the morphological index and thousand-grain weight (P < 0.05). There was no significant correlation among the morphological index, viability, and embryo rate (P > 0.05) and there was no correlation among the thousand-grain weight, viability, and embryo rate (P > 0.05), while there was a significant correlation between the viability and embryo rate (P < 0.01); the viability was the main index in the quality grading for the seeds of C. songaricum; while the clarity, grain, and water were the reference indicators of quality grading of the seeds. Conclusion The seed quality of each grade should reach the following requirements. For the first grade seeds: seed viability is not less than 98%, purity is not less than 93%, housand-grain weight is not less than 0.8 g, water content is not higher than 8.0%; for the second grade seeds, the seed viability is not less than 95%—98%, the purity is not less than 86%, the thousand-grain weight is not less than 0.7 g, water content is not higher than 8.0%; for the third grade seeds, seed viability is not less than 90%—95%, purity is not less than 80%, thousand-grain weight is not less than 0.5 g, water content is not higher than 8.0%; seeds that do not reach the standard of the third level are unqualified ones.
