[摘要]
目的 研究檵木中銀椴苷的提取分離及對銀椴苷進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制。方法 采用乙醇回流法提取藥材,然后經(jīng)過大孔樹脂、減壓硅膠柱色譜、洗脫,得到銀椴苷單體,采用Cosmosil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流動相為甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(55∶45),檢測波長為320 nm,體積流量1.0 mL/min。結(jié)果 銀椴苷單體能夠很好的分離出來,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為98%,銀椴苷在0.041~0.513 μg呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 7);平均回收率為100.05%,RSD為1.50%;結(jié)論 運用此方法能將銀椴苷較好的提取分離,同時測定方法不僅操作簡單、準(zhǔn)確,且重復(fù)性好,可用于檵木中銀椴苷的測定。

[Abstract]
Objective To research the separation, extraction, and quality control of tiliroside from Loropetalum chinense. Methods The herbs were extracted by using ethanol reflux extraction, and then through macroporous resin, depressure silica gel column chromatography, elution, tiliroside monomer was obtained. Content was determined by the C18 column, mixture of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (55:45) as mobile phase at 1.0 mL/min and UV detection at 320 nm were used for the determination. Results Tiliroside can be a good separation of the monomer, the content was 98%; Tiliroside was better in linear relationship between 0.041-0.513 μg (r = 0.999 7). The recovery rate was 100.05%. RSD = 1.50%. Conclusion Using this method tiliroside can be better extracted and separated, Meanwhile the determination method is very stable and accurate and has good repeatability. which can be used for the quality control of tiliroside from L. chinense.
