[摘要]
目的 分析“一帶一路”視域下藥食兩用本草桑葉的研究現(xiàn)狀及熱點(diǎn),為進(jìn)一步開發(fā)利用中藥材提供思路。方法 以國(guó)內(nèi)權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、維普(VIP)、萬(wàn)方(Wanfang)和國(guó)外權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù) Web of Science(WOS)為文獻(xiàn)來源,借助 COOC 和 VOSviewer 軟件對(duì)我國(guó)“一帶一路”區(qū)域省市及“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家在 2013 年 1 月—2024 年 9 月發(fā)表的桑葉相關(guān)科學(xué)研究進(jìn)行檢索和分析,并繪制知識(shí)圖譜。結(jié)果 共檢索到桑葉中文相關(guān)科學(xué)研究文獻(xiàn) 520 篇,涉及我國(guó)“一帶一路” 18個(gè)省市, 以及桑葉英文相關(guān)科學(xué)研究文獻(xiàn) 219 篇,涉及中國(guó)和 17 個(gè)“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家。其中,中文研究數(shù)量整體呈下降趨勢(shì),而英文呈逐步增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。研究區(qū)域上,“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”(一帶)以新疆、重慶為代表,“21 世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路”(一路)以廣東、浙江為代表;“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家以巴基斯坦、馬來西亞為代表。主要收錄期刊有《實(shí)用中醫(yī)內(nèi)科雜志》《食品科學(xué)》、Molecules、 Journal of Ethnopharmacology;涉及學(xué)科方向主要為中藥學(xué)、中醫(yī)學(xué)、食品科學(xué)。研究熱點(diǎn)上,我國(guó)“一帶”區(qū)域13 個(gè)省市主要圍繞桑葉活性成分提取、檢測(cè)、藥理作用及藥用桑葉進(jìn)行研究,“一路”區(qū)域 5 個(gè)省市注重于桑葉臨床研究、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、配伍規(guī)律及桑葉茶的研究;國(guó)際上我國(guó)及“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家研究熱點(diǎn)為桑葉黃酮和 1-脫氧野尻霉素、治療糖尿病機(jī)制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)藥理學(xué)、腸道菌群。結(jié)論 “一帶一路”視域下桑葉研究主要集中于有效成分提取、 含量測(cè)定、藥理作用、臨床研究、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、配伍規(guī)律、桑葉茶和治療糖尿病機(jī)制等,在醫(yī)藥和食品方面有潛在價(jià)值。

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze the research status and hot spots of medicinal and edible herbal Sangye (Mori Folium) from perspective of the Belt and Road, providing new ideas for further development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Using domestic and foreign authoritative databases CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, and Web of Science (WOS) as literature sources, COOC and VOSviewer software were used to retrieve and analyze scientific research of medicinal and edible herbal Mori Folium included from January 2013 to September 2024 in districts of the Belt and Road and countries along the Belt and Road, then visualization knowledge maps were drawn. Results A total of 520 Chinese literature of 18 districts of the Belt and Road and 219 English literature of China and 17 countries along the Belt and Road related to the scientific research of medicinal and edible herbal Mori Folium were retrieved. The number of domestic literature showed a gradual downward trend, while the number of foreign literature was gradually increasing. The main study area was Xinjiang and Chongqing of the Silk Road Economic Belt (short for Belt), Guangdong and Zhejiang of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road (short for Road), and the countries along the Belt and Road were represented by Pakistan and Malaysia. Research journals were mainly involved in Journal of Practical Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine, Food Science, Molecules, and Journal of Ethnopharmacology. Traditional Chinese pharmacology, traditional Chinese medicine and food science were key research directions. In the respect of research hot spots, the 13 districts in the Belt focus on Mori Folium extraction of effective ingredients, detection, pharmacological effects and medicinal Mori Folium, while the five districts in the Road focus on clinical research, data mining, compatibility rules and Mori Folium tea. The international research hot spots in China and countries along the “the Belt and Road” are Mori Folium flavonoids and 1-deoxynojirimycin, the mechanism of treatment in diabetes mellitus, network pharmacology, and gut mircrobiota. Conclusion The research of Mori Folium mainly focus on the ingredients extraction, determination, pharmacological effects, clinical research, data mining, compatibility rules, Mori Folium tea and the mechanism of treatment in diabetes mellitus in the Belt and Road perspective, which have potential value in pharmaceutical and food field.
