[摘要]
目的 研究香榧Torreya grandis的化學(xué)成分。方法 采用各種類(lèi)型柱色譜及半制備液相色譜進(jìn)行分離純化,經(jīng)波譜數(shù)據(jù)鑒定化合物結(jié)構(gòu),MTT法檢測(cè)化合物的腫瘤細(xì)胞毒活性。結(jié)果 從香榧樹(shù)皮中分離鑒定了4個(gè)木脂素類(lèi)化合物,分別為 (8R,7'S,8'R)-4,4'-二羥基-3,3',5',7'-四甲氧基木脂烷-9,9'-內(nèi)酯(1)、檜脂素(2)、扁柏脂素(3)和traxillagenin(4)。結(jié)論 化合物1為新的木脂素類(lèi)化合物,命名為香榧木脂素A;其余化合物均為首次從香榧中分離得到?;衔?b>2~4在20μmol/L濃度下對(duì)HCT-116和AsPC-1癌細(xì)胞有一定的抑制作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To elucidate the chemical constituents of Torreya grandis var. merrillii. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified using various methods, including column chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified through spectral data analysis. The cytotoxic activities of these compounds were assessed using the MTT assay. Results A total of four lignan compounds were isolated, and their structures were identified as follows: (8R,7'S,8'R)-4,4'-dihydroxy-3,3',5',7'-tetramethoxy-lignane-9,9'-lactone (1), savinin (2), hinokinin (3), and traxillagenin (4). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named torregrandlignan A, while the remaining compounds were isolated for the first time from T. grandis var. merrillii. Compounds 2—4 exhibited moderated cytotoxic activity against HCT-116 and AsPC-1 cells.
