當(dāng)歸Angelica Sinensis Radix為“血之圣藥”，其補血活血、調(diào)經(jīng)止痛功效顯著。當(dāng)歸含有揮發(fā)油、酚酸類、多糖、黃酮等成分，對人體的造血、循環(huán)、神經(jīng)、免疫等具有較強(qiáng)的藥理作用。以當(dāng)歸或其主要活性成分為原料的藥品種類繁多，劑型豐富，功效多樣，應(yīng)用廣泛，有巨大的開發(fā)潛力。通過對當(dāng)歸及其藥品在臨床應(yīng)用、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面的最新進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述，為當(dāng)歸在臨床醫(yī)學(xué)中的廣泛應(yīng)用提供理論和技術(shù)支持，為當(dāng)歸藥材的進(jìn)一步開發(fā)利用提供參考。

Danggui (AngelicaeSinensis Radix) is known as the “holy medicine of blood”, mainly known for its effects of tonifying blood, promoting blood circulation, regulating menstruation and relieving pain. Angelicae Sinensis Radix contains volatile oil, phenolic acids, polysaccharides, flavonoids and other components, and has strong pharmacological effects on hematopoietic, circulatory, nervous and immune systems of human body. There are many kinds of drugs using Angelicae Sinensis Radix or its main active ingredients as raw materials, with rich dosage forms, diverse effects, wide application, and great development potential. This study systematically reviewed the latest progress of Angelicae Sinensis Radix and its derivative drugs in clinical application and quality standards, so as to provide theoretical and technical support for the wider application of Angelicae Sinensis Radix in clinical medicine, and provide reference for the further development and utilization of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
