絞股藍(lán)Gynostemma pentaphyllum是具有清熱解毒、止咳祛痰、健脾益氣之效的藥食同源中藥。研究表明其含有豐富的化學(xué)成分及藥理活性，其中代表性皂苷類成分具有抗動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化、抗骨質(zhì)松疏松、調(diào)血脂、調(diào)血壓、調(diào)節(jié)腸道菌群及保肝等作用；多糖類成分具有調(diào)節(jié)免疫、生殖系統(tǒng)及保肝等作用。目前市場開發(fā)了絞股藍(lán)藥品、保健品及化妝品等，市場應(yīng)用前景廣闊，具備一定的開發(fā)利用價(jià)值。通過綜述絞股藍(lán)資源分布、化學(xué)成分、檢測方法及藥理作用等方面研究現(xiàn)狀及進(jìn)展，為絞股藍(lán)的藥食兩用資源的合理開發(fā)和綜合利用提供思路。

Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum) is a traditional Chinese medicine of homology of medicine and food with the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying, relieving cough and eliminating phlegm, strengthening spleen and replenishing qi. Studies have shown that it is rich in chemical constituents and pharmacological activities. The representative saponins have the effects of anti-atherosclerosis, anti-osteoporosis, lowering blood lipid, adjusting blood pressure, regulating intestinal flora and protecting liver. Polysaccharides have the functions of regulating immunity, reproductive system and liver protection. At present, the market has developed medicines, health products and cosmetics of G. pentaphyllum, etc., it has high market prospects, certain development and utilization value. This paper reviews the researches and progress about resources distribution, chemical composition, detection methods and pharmacological effects of G. pentaphyllum, in order to provide ideas for the rational development and comprehensive utilization of dual-use resources of G. pentaphyllum.
