[摘要]
目的 從文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)的角度對(duì)丹參的研究現(xiàn)狀與熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行全面分析,為未來(lái)丹參的臨床應(yīng)用和深入研究提供理論指導(dǎo)。方法 以丹參為關(guān)鍵詞檢索中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、萬(wàn)方(Wanfang)、維普(VIP)、Web of Science(WOS)4個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),將文獻(xiàn)導(dǎo)入NoteExpress文獻(xiàn)管理軟件中進(jìn)行查重和篩選。使用Excel、CiteSpace、VOSviewer等軟件,從發(fā)文趨勢(shì)與國(guó)家分布、發(fā)文機(jī)構(gòu)、發(fā)文作者、關(guān)鍵詞等維度出發(fā),對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外丹參研究進(jìn)行可視化分析。結(jié)果 共檢索到符合要求的中文文獻(xiàn)17 479篇,英文文獻(xiàn)4 850篇。丹參研究呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),發(fā)文國(guó)家以中國(guó)為主,近些年國(guó)際關(guān)注度逐漸升高。丹參領(lǐng)域的核心團(tuán)隊(duì)已經(jīng)初步形成,相關(guān)合作多開(kāi)展于機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)部或同一地區(qū),跨區(qū)域合作較少。丹參領(lǐng)域的中文文獻(xiàn)與英文文獻(xiàn)均重點(diǎn)關(guān)注了丹參的藥理作用、作用機(jī)制、生物合成等方面。中文文獻(xiàn)更多關(guān)注了丹參的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、種質(zhì)資源、本草考證等方面,英文文獻(xiàn)則更多關(guān)注了丹參的基因調(diào)控、次生代謝等方面。結(jié)論 丹參研究目前仍較受關(guān)注,基因?qū)W、生物合成、作用機(jī)制、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、人工栽培可能是未來(lái)丹參領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。丹參研究應(yīng)加強(qiáng)跨學(xué)科合作,持續(xù)應(yīng)用新技術(shù),增強(qiáng)跨地區(qū)融合交流,以全面挖掘丹參的潛力。

[Abstract]
Objective The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the research status and hotspots of Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) from a bibliometric perspective and provide theoretical guidance for its future clinical application and in-depth research. Methods A total of four databases of CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and Web of Science (WOS) were searched using Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma as the key word, and the literature was imported into NoteExpress literature management software for duplicate checking and screening. The analysis employed tools such as Excel, CiteSpace, and VOSviewer to visualize the data across various dimensions, including publication trends and national distribution, publishing, institutions, authors, and keywords. Results A total of 17 479 Chinese articles and 4 850 English articles were retrieved. Research on Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma continues to show a trend of sustainable development. Most publications were from China, and the international attention had gradually increased in recent years. The core research teams in the field of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma had begun to take shape, but the cooperation was more within the institution or in the same region, and there was less cross-regional cooperation. Both Chinese and English literature in this field primarily focused on the pharmacological effects, mechanisms of action, and biosynthesis of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. The Chinese literature paid more attention to the quality standards, germplasm resources and herbal textual research, while the English literature focused more on gene regulation and secondary metabolism. Conclusion At present, the research on Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is still receiving more attention. Genetics, biosynthesis, mechanism of action, data mining, and artificial cultivation may become key research hotspots in the field of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in the future. In order to fully exploit the potential of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma research should strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation in the future, continue to apply new technologies, and enhance cross-regional integration and communication.
