合理使用有毒中藥是保障中藥安全的關鍵，配伍是中藥減毒有效措施之一。通過對當前中藥配伍減毒的評價模型、減毒方法、減毒技術及減毒機制進行梳理，同時針對目前中藥配伍減毒存在的西醫(yī)模式化研究思路的既定困局及如何在中醫(yī)藥理論指導下開展有毒中藥配伍減毒的現(xiàn)代化研究提出了客觀建議，為有毒中藥配伍減毒研究體系的進一步完善規(guī)避用藥風險和指導安全用藥提供保障。

The prudent use of potentially toxic traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is essential for ensuring its safety, with compatibility serving as a critical strategy for mitigating toxicity. This article presented a comprehensive review of the evaluation models, methodologies, techniques, and mechanisms associated with TCM compatibility for toxicity reduction. Additionally, it provided objective recommendations for conducting modern research on TCM compatibility within the framework of TCM theory. The goal is to enhance the research system focused on TCM compatibility for toxicity reduction, minimize medication-related risks and promote safe medication practices.
