目的 觀察肛泰栓聯(lián)合復(fù)方荊芥熏洗劑在混合痔術(shù)后應(yīng)用的臨床療效。方法 依據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將醫(yī)院2022年5月至2023年3月86例接受手術(shù)治療的混合痔患者分為觀察組（43例）和對(duì)照組（43例）。對(duì)照組給予復(fù)方荊芥熏洗劑治療，10 g/次，2次/d；觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上給予肛泰栓治療，1粒/次，1次/d，兩組連續(xù)治療7 d。治療后，觀察臨床療效、疼痛改善情況，比較兩組血清炎癥因子水平及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥、藥物不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組治療總有效率（95.35%）高于對(duì)照組（81.40%）（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組視覺模擬評(píng)分（visual analogue scale，VAS）較治療前明顯下降（P＜0.05），且觀察組較對(duì)照組改善更顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組炎癥因子白細(xì)胞介素-6（interleukin-6，IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）、γ-干擾素（interferon-γ，IFN-γ）水平均顯著下降（P＜0.05）；且觀察組低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，觀察組術(shù)后水腫、便后出血、尿潴留發(fā)生率較對(duì)照組低（P＜0.05）。觀察組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率（6.98%）與對(duì)照組（4.65%）比較無顯著差異（P＞0.05）。結(jié)論 肛泰栓聯(lián)合復(fù)方荊芥熏洗劑可減輕混合痔術(shù)后患者疼痛水平，改善炎癥因子水平，改善術(shù)后水腫、尿潴留等并發(fā)癥，且不會(huì)增加藥物不良反應(yīng)，療效確切。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Compound Jingjie Fumigation Detergent combined with Anti-Hemorrhoids Suppository (肛泰栓) in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids after surgery. Methods According to the random number table method, 86 patients with mixed hemorrhoids underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from May 2022 to March 2023 were divided into an observation group (43 cases) and a control group (43 cases). The control group was given Compound Jingjie Fumigation Detergent treatment, 10 g/time, twice a day. The observation group received treatment with Anti-Hemorrhoids Suppository on the basis of the control group, 1 pill/time, once a day, for seven consecutive days. Then, the treatment effect was evaluated, including treatment efficacy, pain improvement, serum inflammatory factors and postoperative complications, and adverse drug reactions. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (95.35%) was higher than that of the control group (81.40%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment (P < 0.05), and the observation group showed significant improvement compared to the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the inflammatory factors of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in both groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the incidence of postoperative edema, post stool bleeding and urinary retention in the observation group was low (P < 0.05). Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group (6.98%) and the control group (4.65%) (P > 0.05) had no significant difference. Conclusion The combination of Compound Jingjie Fumigation Detergent and Anti-Hemorrhoids Suppository can alleviate the pain level of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery, improve inflammatory factors, improve postoperative edema, urinary retention and other complications, and will not increase adverse drug reactions, with definite efficacy.
