[摘要]
毛蕊異黃酮是主要來源于黃芪的異黃酮類化合物,具有類雌激素作用,并在抗炎、抗腫瘤、抗氧化、抗病毒等方面顯示了較好的作用。炎癥是免疫系統(tǒng)在對抗各種外部感染時發(fā)生的異常過度反應(yīng),可導(dǎo)致多個器官的結(jié)構(gòu)功能損傷,近年來,毛蕊異黃酮在抗炎方面的研究報道逐漸增多,顯示出其在炎癥相關(guān)疾病治療中的潛力。通過總結(jié)毛蕊異黃酮在腸道、腎臟、腦和神經(jīng)、心臟、肺和肝臟等各器官炎性損傷方面的研究進(jìn)展,為毛蕊異黃酮的臨床應(yīng)用和新藥開發(fā)提供文獻(xiàn)參考依據(jù)和科學(xué)支持。

Calycosin (CA) is an estrogen-like flavonoid compound mainly derived from dried roots of Astragalus membranaceus. It has shown good effects in anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antioxidant, antiviral and other aspects. Inflammation is an excessive abnormal immune response, which can lead to structural and functional damage of various organs. In recent years, an increasing number of studies have been reported on the anti-inflammatory effects of CA, which showed its potential in the treatment of inflammation-related diseases. Therefore, this article summarizes the research progress of CA in inflammatory injuries such as intestinal, renal, brain and nervous system, heart, lung and liver, providing literature reference for the clinical application and new drug development of CA.
