黨參Codonopsis Radix為桔梗科植物黨參C. pilosula、素花黨參C. pilosula var. modesta與川黨參C. tangshen的干燥根，屬藥食同源植物。黨參作為典型的補(bǔ)益類中藥，具有悠久的藥用歷史，在臨床應(yīng)用上廣泛。黨參多糖是黨參中最重要的活性化合物之一，具有抗腫瘤、增強(qiáng)免疫、抗炎、抗氧化、神經(jīng)保護(hù)、肝保護(hù)、抗骨質(zhì)疏松、抗肥胖、促進(jìn)傷口愈合、肺保護(hù)、抗衰老以及其他等多種生物活性，已經(jīng)成為黨參藥材開發(fā)應(yīng)用研究的熱點(diǎn)，具有很高的藥用價值和經(jīng)濟(jì)價值。綜述了近3年來國內(nèi)外對黨參多糖制備技術(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、生物活性及其作用機(jī)制和藥代動力學(xué)研究進(jìn)展，以期為黨參多糖在工業(yè)制藥和功能性食品領(lǐng)域的深入研究與開發(fā)奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。

The Chinese herb Dangshen (Codonopsis Radix), which is the dried root of C. codonopsis, C. pilosula var. modesta and C. tangshen, which belongs to food and medicine homology herb in family Campanulaceae. As a typical tonic Chinese medicine, Codonopsis Radix has a long medicinal history and is widely used in clinic. C. pilosula polysaccharides (CPPs) are one of the most important and most representative active compounds in Codonopsis Radix, which exhibites diverse bioactivities such as anti-tumor, immune enhancement, anti-inflammation, anti-oxidant, neuroprotection, hepatoprotection, anti-osteoporosis, anti-obesity, wound healing promotion, lung protection, anti-aging and other activities. It has became a hot spot in the development and application of Codonopsis Radix, and has high medicinal and economic value. In this paper, the preparation technologies, structural characteristics, bioactivities, mechanism of action and pharmacokinetics of CPPs at home and abroad in the past three years were reviewed, in order to lay a theoretical foundation for further research and development of CPPs in the field of industrial pharmaceutical and functional food.
