中醫(yī)藥作為中華民族的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),已成為全球大健康治理體系的一環(huán)。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)中藥吳茱萸中的主要生物堿類成分吳茱萸堿進(jìn)行研究。吳茱萸堿(evodiamine,Evo)作為一種吲哚類生物堿,具有抗腫瘤、抗炎、止嘔止痛、降壓等多種藥理學(xué)活性,在肝癌、卵巢癌、結(jié)直腸癌、肺癌、腎癌等多種癌癥類型中均展現(xiàn)出顯著的抗腫瘤活性。深入探究吳茱萸堿抗腫瘤藥理作用的分子機(jī)制,是吳茱萸堿類抗腫瘤藥物研究領(lǐng)域的重點(diǎn)之一。通過(guò)分析多項(xiàng)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究報(bào)道,綜述了吳茱萸堿通過(guò)促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡、自噬、鐵死亡,阻滯細(xì)胞周期、影響糖代謝、調(diào)節(jié)腫瘤免疫微環(huán)境等方式抗腫瘤的具體分子機(jī)制,同時(shí)還探討了吳茱萸堿抗腫瘤的協(xié)同療效以及臨床應(yīng)用的局限性,為吳茱萸堿類抗腫瘤藥物的研發(fā)提供參考。

As an intangible cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been deeply integrated into the global healthcare governance system. This article focuses on the study of the main alkaloid component, evodiamine (Evo), in the traditional Chinese herb Tetradium ruticarpum (A. Juss.) T. G. Hartley. Evo, an indole alkaloid, possesses various pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, antiemetic, analgesic, and antihypertensive effects. It has shown significant anti-tumor activity in various cancers including liver cancer, ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, and kidney cancer. Exploring the molecular mechanisms of Evo's anti-tumor pharmacological effects is one of the key focuses in the research field of Evo-based anti-tumor drugs. Through comprehensive analysis of multiple domestic and international studies, this article reviews the specific molecular mechanisms of Evo's anti-tumor effects, including promoting tumor cell apoptosis, autophagy, and ferroptosis, blocking the cell cycle, influencing glucose metabolism, and regulating the tumor immune microenvironment. It also discusses the synergistic anti-tumor efficacy of Evo and the limitations of its clinical application, providing a reference for the development of Evo-based anti-tumor drugs.
