[摘要]
隨著全球人口老齡化的加劇,神經(jīng)退行性疾病(neurodegenerative diseases,NDDs)的發(fā)病率逐年遞增,已成為嚴(yán)重影響人類生活質(zhì)量的公共衛(wèi)生難題,因其發(fā)病機(jī)制的復(fù)雜性及神經(jīng)退變的不可逆性,目前尚無有效治愈手段。近年來,隨著小檗堿及其衍生物的藥理研究不斷深入,發(fā)現(xiàn)其具有抑制神經(jīng)炎癥、抗氧化應(yīng)激、修復(fù)神經(jīng)元損傷、維持血腦屏障穩(wěn)定等作用,在NDDs防治方面顯示出極大潛力。通過對(duì)2015—2025年涉及小檗堿及其衍生物治療NDDs的研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了小檗堿及其衍生物對(duì)阿爾茨海默病、帕金森病、亨廷頓病、多發(fā)性硬化、肌萎縮性側(cè)索硬化的干預(yù)機(jī)制及應(yīng)用,為小檗堿及其衍生物用于神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病提供參考。

[Abstract]
With the aggravation of global population aging, the incidence of neurodegenerative diseases (NDDs) has been increasing year by year, and has become a public health problem that seriously affects the quality of life of human beings. Due to the complexity of its pathogenesis and the irreversibility of its neurodegeneration, there is no effective cure for it yet. In recent years, as the pharmacological studies of berberine and its derivatives have been deepened, it has been found to have multiple effects such as inhibiting neuroinflammation, anti-oxidative stress, repairing neuronal damage, and maintaining the stability of the blood-brain barrier, which shows great potential in prevention and treatment of NDDs. Based on this, this paper systematically summarizes the intervention mechanism and application of berberine and its derivatives in Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis by summarizing the research literature involving berberine and its derivatives in treatment of NDDs from 2015 to 2025, with a view to providing references to berberine and its derivatives in their application to neurological diseases.
